E, & Essential Oil Blend of Lavender, Rose Geranium, Clary Sage, Rosemary, Lemon, Neroli & German Chamomile . It has a orange tint from the Sea Buckthorn but does not stain the skin. A small amount is needed and it will sink into your skin.  Can mix a small amount of serum with mineral powder makeup to make a healthy makeup base or mix with your facial moisturizer.
