Add more or less according to your preference. Soak for 25 to 30 minutes twice a week every week during Fall and Winter, and once a week during the Spring and Summer. For achy feet or a quick manicure, use 1/2-1 cap full to mix with warm water. Soak for 15-20 minutes. Recommended water temperature for relaxing is 100.4 to 104 Fahrenheit and soak to shoulder level.
