A load of the masks were accidentally assembled with the ON|OFF toggle switch installed backwards at the factory. They still work perfectly fine- all you have to do is place the toggle switch in the OFF position to turn it on (and then tapping the forehead, like normal), and when you want to shut it off for storage switch it to the on position.
It comes with everything as normal, as pictured.
