We have reopened our mine and now have moist, freshly mined pure calcium bentonite clay.  This clay is hand mined in Nevada using only stainless steel and food grade plastic equipment to preserve the electrical conductibility qualities of the clay.  We use only low environmental impact mining procedures.  Our clay was previously soil tested and assayed. Bentonite is an extremely powerful and effective mineral composed of aged volcanic ash.  It can be used externally as a clay poultice, mud pack or bath.  Pure bentonite clay is light grey/green in color, has a very fine, soft feel, and is odorless and non-staining. Bentonite clay molecules carry a negative electrical charge while toxins and impurities carry a positive charge. When the clay is ingested into the body, the positively charged toxins are attracted to the negatively charged surfaces of the clay molecule.
