Well known and popular worldwide Jojoba oil. The jojoba plant is a hearty, perennial plant that grows in North America. Not only does it thrive in the harsh, desert climates that could kill most living things, but it also produces a nut with many beneficial properties.
Jojoba Oil is actually a liquid wax, which is cold-pressed and filtered from the Jojoba nut.
Jojoba Oil is gentle enough to be used as a carrier oil to mix with other essential oils. You can also use it on its own.
Jojoba Oil is rich in Vitamin E and has been used to prevent other oils from going rancid.
Storage & Shelf Life:
Store at room temperature in a dry, odor-free and dark environment
Applications:
Warm the oil up beforehand so it’s easier to apply. Use about 1 tbsp. for short hair and 2 tbsp. for longer hair. Apply to hair above the scalp, and work down evenly to hair tips. Leave in for about 20 minutes, and then shampoo, condition, and rinse shafts only. After 15 minutes or so, thoroughly rinse the hair with warm water.
